 really simple pp, as it was fine to start with.

-sadly, i had to crop, as i didn't get it perfectly centred when i shot it. oops.
-clone out dust buffaloes
-noise ninja, as i was shooting in 1600 for the 'noise' challenge -which i ended up not entering, as i was just too damn tired to do it
-multiply just for the hull, darkening the shadows a little and bringing out detail in the bowsprit.
-curves, set on on luminosity.
-kubota
-crop
-resize

very simple, very quick. some shots you just don't need to mess with.

Love the plain sky that does not detract from the details of the boat, and the straight on POV.
You deserve to be "prowd" of this image.

Agree that this one didn't need much messing with. The messing with you did do provided a very professional finishing touch to what was already a good shot. Nice work, ma'am. And I wanna use that border - I quite like it.

I love the simplicity and elegance of this piece. The sky creates such a wonderful negative space that flows around the hull like water. There is great detail everywhere, and nothing is blown out. Great!

totally agree about it being a shot that you wouldnt want to 'mess with' ... you've taken a great shot and done a great process ...
ahha ... i'll have to checkout the curves set on luminosity .. hmmmm and i might see if i can find that border in google .. its an excellent border, that i've seen you use before .. its not in your face at all, and it would work for so many images ... i love noise ninja!!! and find it works totally differently if used before or after a resize .. you probably already knew that tho!! ..
edit .. and re cropping .. sometimes that can be difficult when wot you see thru viewfinder and wot actually gets caught is different .. which is the case with my camera/lens wotever ...
