This was very hard to get without all the reflections on the bulb but I did take a few without so many but then the plant and ladybug were not lit properly.
Post-Processing
-I used hue/saturation a lot until I got the tones and saturation where I wanted it
-Just a bit of tweaking with levels
-Unsharp Mask
-Added border
-Resized and saved for web

I wasn't 100% happy with the leaf I used and do like yours and you caught the bug in a great spot. Hope it didn't run around inside the bulb there too much. Still haven't re-edited my shot as I said I would though pffft.
