A little cypress "head" next to a 6 lane hiway. The fern leaves are about 1.5 meters or 5 ft long. Direct from camera for the minimal edit thread. Hand held at 1/15 sec. Manual focus lens.
Great DOF here! I'm surprised you were able to get that much detail at f/8, and you must have hands of steel to hand-hold for 1/15! This is going to be beautiful, already an excellent shot.
Too bad you couldn't coax a critter of some kind into the shot to give those leaves perspective! They do look largish but without something to compare/contrast with, it's kinda hard to tell. Nice angle looking up into the stand of trees, though!
