The highlights are too bright on the hand. This image may have been more effective without flash.

I like the balance of color and grain in this image! Also, this girl's eyes are very intense!

Don't know what you're trying to do here. It looks washed out, and the grain doesn't seem to improve it. I would prefer to see the ring turned straight too. Perhaps the shape or color of that would mimic the eyes, and give the composition a little more interest.

personally, I think that this could use a boost of contrast ... all of the colors seem washed out

i am not a real fan of this image. the grain/ noise is very blotchy and the lighting is so harsh

The placement of the fingers makes the woman looks as though she is cross eyed@
