This photograph needs a lot of work. I can see how the visual pun idea might appeal, but the composition just looks plunked down on a wrinkled sheet with no real balance or interesting visuals. The grain doesn't enhance the image, but just makes it look low quality. I can image a version of this in black and white, shot from a low angle rather than from above, with angled or overhead lighting to give the shot some depth and atmospherics. Maybe just the gun, a single bullet, and the glasses. |
