I like the idea, but this is very small, so it loses much of its impact. The crop is also not terrific - widen it out to show more of the face. And the straight-on look right into the tightly cropped face loses some interest.
Oh I do wish this was bigger (as no doubt many of the others have said). It's a good idea to use the full size allowable, give people a chance to see your image properly. I like where you're going with this image
The idea is there, but not very well executed. Has a quick snapshot feel to it. Spend a bit more time and also, make the image larger. You can go up to 640 pixels and this is particularly small.
