Levels, crop, lots of detail healing brush, resize, border, save for web. The color is exactly as it came out of the camera :-) In other words, this is NOT a B/W conversion...

Very nicely done, from the oddly shaped shadows cast below the strainer to the slight bit of color in the reflection and the design that forms. Nifty kitchen abstract art kinda thing.
