This took alot of experimentation with location and then just trial and error with the motion panning. There was alot of post processing having to do with color and lighting, I made one layer for the girl and brightened it and desaturated it just a tad more than the background and also darkened the background. Then I worked with the curves a bit to give it more of a blue green hue than a happy pink one.

no merry go round, they just ran together awkwardly at about moderate jog speed, they were in the shade of big trees in my neighborhood and int he background the light peeked through the leaves alot
There's an incredible sense of urgency and desperation here - while Time may not seem apparent to some, I think this is a wonderful embodiment of the way time can be both fleeting and frozen simultaneously.
