 The cherry blossoms have come to Tokyo early this year. Night-time "hanami" flower-viewing parties are a common sight here along the Kanda River.

this looks like a scale model...trippy. my eye wanders all over this photo and can't rest on anything. the colors make it look really plastic, which is interesting

I gave this photo high marks but there is something off balance about it. I like the focus, color, and exposure, but I think the composition is off. I think it's because of the leading line/rail which gets cutoff by the hangning flowers/branches. My eye follows that road and railing into the picture but then gets hung up on the branches, which is dissatisfying.

Left side of photo is wonderful. Lights on right side detract. Try cropping vertically in the middle.
