Taken at the local pub during Company get together (Waamstock 2007). Used 3200 ISO for the original shot, so already had lots of noise.
Photoshop:
- Slight level adjustment
- Crop
- Convert to b&w by using B&W Styler Plugin - added some extra 400 ISO grain) -high contrast development -sepia tone
- Resize for 640xX
- Slight USM
- save for web

I like the image; by keeping a shallow DOF you have focus attention on the subject and eliminated distracting elements from the composition. However, the bits of horizontal banding, particularly about 1/5th of the way down from the top of the image, is kind of distracting. But still a good image.
I like this and I'm interested to see how it fares. Love the dof, you caught a great expression, and I think the noise gives it a good look. Good luck.
