 Bear is lit by candle behind the rock. No flash. Cropped and sharpened. No other editing.

For those not familiar with Zuni fetishes, the bear is most often used for healing, and the white bear is supposed to be the most powerful.

sorry but i don't get it.
personally, even though it is alternative medicine, I think people should understand a picture immediately w/o descriptions etc. but i'll give you a five for effort

I really enjoy this image. It seems to pulse as I look at it. Very nicely captured. There is a distracting element for me, But I can not quite put my finger on it, something about the Zuni Medicine Bear just isn't right....
