 Prominently standing at the top of Telegraph Hill, Coit Tower was a gift to the city of San Francisco from Lillie Hitchcock Coit. Visitors can take Telegraph Hill Blvd to the base of the monument and an elevator to the top for spectacular views of the city and bay.

This photo was taken just after sunrise from the Embarcadero on San Francisco's waterfront.
