This picture begs a story to be told with it. A shallower depth of field would have isolated your subject from the background a little better.

Good light but the picture looks too much like a snatch shot with very little interest in both the composition and subject (From the angle it is taken from) I am sure he would be very interesting as I can see his breathing aid etc..
