During a cold day I went to a little fresh water in Iceland called Kleifarvatn, I found this straw near the banks of the water, every thing was covered with Ice nearby...
After several shots and tons of toe freesing moments I headed back to my car and checked out the results.
This is as well my first entry here at DPC, hope that someone will like it.

Very nice capture - looks like a duck holding a twig ( i dunno if thats what you intended to convey but i see it that way. The crop seems a little awkward though
