 a fun challenge. difficult to do even living in a winter wonderland. ice? i could have been more creative, but i like what i've decided to submit and that's what's important. how will it do? maybe 5.6?
so some cropping. some level adjustments, change to duotone (blue and light blue), usm, heal either some dust or dirt. add noise (i think it 'makes' the photo) save and submit

Looks cold in there! I like the blue tint to this image, as well as the cold, austere feel to the image which heightens the mood. Nice job.

Time to call the gas company... cool concept, but it feels crooked. What I mean is, your horizon is level, but since you're looking from an angle, the verticals are off.
