English post (mail) box in Bawburgh, Norfolk, England.
Processing: curves, levels, brightness/contrast, selective layer (not sure if that's what it's called) for the box to bring it back out (it was a touch too dark, methinks), neat image with sharpen, borders. I may have left something out (sorry if I did, but you get the idea).
I am guessing that this post box is for outgoing mail. I am wondering how old it is, and if this is still a standard box like the ones that are being put in service in the area today? I remember seeing the round topped ones in the city.
Good use of low angle to isolate the subject.
So is this similar to our private mailboxes we have at the end of our driveways? Interesting to see the different styles of everyday items depending on where you live.
