 I hope I can score a 6+ on this one. Maybe...

-Crop
-Levels
-Hue/Saturation (colorized)
-Unsharp Mask
-Sharpen
-Resize
- Basically I just converted this to grayscale, colorized it with hue/saturation and increased the brightness of the light tones. I hope it works.

Sepia was a very nice choice for this photo. This is reminicient of an old time photograph. I am sure that was the feeling you were going for.
