 Cropped, brightened, adjusted levels to make black look good, adjusted hue/sat for entire image to make my face look almost normal, Noise Ninja, hot pixels on forehead cloned out, resized using several step downs, unsharp mask run twice, first at 50% then at 25%, saved for web.
