Not sure what I'm looking at. The whole picture seems a little out of focus. I'm not sure what the bright light is or what it represents. The reflection on the floor(?) looks like it might be a candle???
It took me awhile to figure out what was going on in this photo. The crosshatching (?) in the background is distracting and made it very hard to see that it was a letter being burned.
Would have worked better to show the picture of the guy you're burning; showing the back of the photograph doesn't work. Maybe with a blurred image of yourself in the background, doing the burning, which would have added some more visual interest to the composition. Not sure if the grain (noise) is by choice but I can see how it might work here. If it wasn't by choice, lower your ISO if you can.

I get the idea of the "hate" in this, but the shot itself just doesn't quite catch my eye. I had to strain to figure out what it was about and look at the title. Was it shot through a piece of glass or was this an effect put on it afterwards???
i think that the picture is too dull you can't see a range of any value in the photograph then editing it with whatever you did took away from what is actually happening in the photograph. try using more light. make it brighter and saturate the colors more.
