Oh the blackness of the coats and hats, the fine polished fine leather fine pointed black shoes. And the black gloves, the black rimmed glasses. Happy happy men in black. It is indeed like an illustration.
The overhead and to the left angle you took this at is a bit troubling to my eye, but you did keep that column vertical, which saves it. Otherwise, very nice subjects. I personally don't see many men in bowlers anymore, so it's quite a find!
Nice composition and subject. Who are these gentlemen and where are they going? Background isn't the greatest (tho I like the brick street), but in street photography you don't always get to pick your spot!
