Springfield has 2 major medical systems, and they are the top two employers in the city (followed by Wal-Mart, Springfield Public Schools, and Bass Pro). While there are facilities throughout the city, many are located along National Avenue, and it has become known as Medical Mile.
These were all taken today, while the temperature was around 25F and it was snowing. Too cold for me to walk around much to find the best angle! I really like the look of this at night and might shoot it when it warms up some.
It is a very striking building. And it looks so great with that great sky! That's almost an Iceland sky :) No need to get out and freeze, because I think you got the perfect angle.
I think I would be a little nervous about moving to a place where the biggest biz is medical centers LOL.
Good looking building, and I normally do not like hospitals and places like that.
I just sit in my car driving around with the heat blasting, then roll down the window to get the shots I want ;) You still did a great job despite the bitter cold!
