Day 15. I'm stuck on the murals and graffiti. Hope you don't mind. I keep finding all this great, colorful art around the city. This one is on an old school building.
this is FABULOUS! I love the wire fence in front of it - you've done a great job - keep 'em coming.
I like graffiti - in fact even entered a shot in fill the frame - interesting that one comment left for me was that they gave me a 1 because I was photographing someone else's art!
Mind??? No way! I find the artistic talent of these graffiti painters so incredibly fascinating! At Pearl, we were even thinking of building a big fence around the property and actually hiring street kids to paint graffiti and murals on them to channel that talent in positive ways instead of having them come do it anyway illegally :) I think we might still do it if we end up building a fence.
Nice job! I would have spent a lot of time, trying to figure out a way to get this shot without the fence, but it really adds to the image. Keep going. You're on a roll! :)
