This is definitely one of my top two favorite pictures in this contest. They are beautiful!! This draws amazing attention to their eyes. Great capture!

Mom looks quite proud and happy. The softness is a nice effect for this kind of shot, but there is a halo/shadow sort of thing going on all along the edge of the subjects that is a little odd to me. I also think the composition would be a little cleaner if the baby's arm were not on top of the mother's on the right; I had to look closely before I was sure what the lump there was and it takes away a little from the powerful image of a mother's encircling arms.

Beautiful eyes on your subjects! I really like the crop on this, but it seems a bit too soft.
