 This was taken as an apprentice. The background colors were not as brilliant as neither the bride or the photographer had hoped, so I converted the background to b&w using Microsoft Digital Image Pro.

I like selective desat however the lack of colour in the background I think would have been better if it wasn't so dark, maybe you could lighten it up a bit. The composition is good as is the brides pose, I like how she is looking in one direction. I would have liked to have seen her face highlighted a bit more but all in all still a good shot, I am sure she is pleased.
