Background is kind of distracting for me. Is it a painting? Also I don't like the variation in the border size. Otherwise cool shot.

Could have done well without the inner border (gold). The photo speaks for itslef. Nice shot.

Imo, the frame spoils it, looks a bit gimmicky, I like the composition, and the colors, focus is a little soft, but I think it’s intentional, if I ignore the frame, I’d give it an 8, so lets ignore the frame, 8 it is.
