Curtains, the pillow and bed cover, her dress fit so nicely. As for her and the music, it's lost in this image of textile, in my opinion. Good pose, though...
This is a very artistic shot - well composed and nice textures. However, there is too much JPEG compression, and it really reduces the quality of this shot. Somewhere in your processing steps (from the camera to the image you uploaded), it was saved with too much compression.
