 Short exposure for sky and long exposure shot for ground, combined. Simple ND grad filter would've been sufficient, if I had one.

Nice work. Turn that macro lens into a landscape lens:) Fantastic colors and I really like the vertical post RH side to keep the viewers eye inside the frame. All the lines of the clouds force the eyes to the right until BAM! they stop at the pole and head left.
