Well, the technicals are necessary as Nick said, but there REALLY needs to be someone/something even slightly interesting at the end of that gargantuan leading line.
ok you did ask so I'll tell you my thoughts. the front is out of focus which doesnt help. Solution dont focus on the Horizen pick a point 1/3 in and focus on that, a small f/stop {big number around f8 upwards} will secure sucess.
