These two boats are probably the most often seen and photographed boats in Canada. Peggy's Cove, Nova Scotia is both an active fishing village and one of Canada's most visited tourist attractions. You won't find any large hotels or shopping malls there, though, because the local authorities have very wisely decided to forbid those kinds of development in the area in order to preserve the unique look and feel of this beautiful village. I shot this and other images of Peggy's Cove when I was there briefly while on a cruise in early October, 2006.
