100 photos in my makeshift studio playing with lights and white balance. Well one thing for certain, This isn't easy. Shot with a tripod and 20 sec exposure for the F16. Cropped sharpened adjusted levels, contrast and deepened the saturation a little and hand sharpened a bit.

The colour and composition of this is great, however the harsh lighting and distracting background let this down for me. The highlights are blown on the edges of the chilis, which is a shame.
