 Sea Oats stalk serves as fishermens marker for the days fishing. Boats often close in along beach at sunrise for castnet bait fishing, using such markers. After gathering bait, in this event seems the large fish are not far offshore.

Looks interesting, but it's too small to say. Try straightening the horizon and making it larger.
