 All inside the camera image overlay, 1st image, shot on my monitor of the stars with a blacked out circle for the orange. 2nd image just an orange lit with a 2X4 soft box, .6 sec@F/36. Cloned out a few "stray" stars, adjusted saturation, burned, sharpened.
