A rare thing to see. We don't have water towers around here. The colors give the photo a bit more interest then if it was just one of those blah gray ones. You composed well, but it seems that it could use a bit more contrast or saturation.
that water tower is a lot nicer than the ones in my town (see my day 1 picture).
nice use of foreground objects to give the tower some scale.
And like jdannels said, maybe straighten the picture a little?
