This is a really interesting photo. The longish exposure seems to give the water a feeling of texture, if that makes sense. Was this taken off of the OB pier?
It does make sense, and that's why I didn't toss the shot.
The OB Pier - yes - it's a great place to get a different perspective on these guys (and girls).
