 Japanese orchid tree. I was shooting the flowers and a bee happened by for a sniff of pollen. This was in a parking lot at a machine and welding shop. I love how the camera can isolate the good stuff. Hand held, Zoom at 18mm, polarizer, ap priority. Straight from camera, then crop left and top.
The flowers are about 3 inches (75mm) across. The tree is about 20 ft (5m) tall. There is a bee flying inside the nearest flower.
