This image has a lot of interest to it. The proportions are perfect between each different part of the image, and the asymmetrical parts of the image are very nice. Good job.
She is definately good looking :) I have an impression if she lowered her chin it could help. This way, you are focused on her chin, lower lip and the ring of course. The most important element - the eyes are not the main subject in the portrait. I like the strand of hair, howerever if you want this to look wet (it looks a bit wet to me) maybe some water on her face could increase the impression.
