I did the lighting a bit differently on this. I have 4 clamp lamps. Two with 100w halogen bulbs and two with 120w flood lights. I set the halogen up on top of my shooting area and the floods lower. I directed them all first to a piece of white paper to do a new preset white balance. Then I angled them on to 3 PhotoFlex lite disc reflectors set on on angles in front of the shooting area. I sat down in the area having angled the camera on tripod on the white piece of paper which approximated where my head would be. Used the manual remote.
The lights are are hot and in the first set of shots, I just glistened to beat the band. I towelled off a bit and took some more shots until I got something I liked.
The title is probably from one of my friend's kids who said this after a reprimand of sorts. They's all growed up now....Time is fleeting.
Post: Convert from raw in PSElements 3.0 with a +1/3 exposure compensation. Layer adjustments for levels, brightness/contrast and hue/saturation. Not spot editing cause the Visible Dust Artic Butterfly Brush (yes this is an ad) got rid of it all!!! WHEEEEEEEE!!!!. Resize. Sharpen.
Oh the hat. Well. I am a Warner Brothers Cartoon FREAK! Taz is one of my many favorites. If you ever meet me, I do portions of "What's Opera, Doc?" upon request! LOL!
One other note: Getting the face wasn't so hard. I just looked at my scores in a couple of the current challenges and it came quite naturally.LOL!
