 as you can see my kitten and dog are very good friends which I find is very good. so fits the challenge well, everytime the dog decides to take a rest the kitten is there using her as a substitute mother.

did you desaturate of use the channel mixer, it looks a little flat. needs more contrast. Would have been more compeling.

There is not enough contrast in brightness to make a black and white photo effective here. The picture would perhaps have been more effective in color. It's not bad though over all

I like the serenity seen in this photo. It is adorable and calming, especially with the tones of gray used in the photograph. I like it a lot, nice work.

Unless the cat and the dog are the same color, you may of done this in color to give the two buddies some contrast. Right now they blend in too much.
