 Pretty basic: a little dust cloning, shadow/highlight, crop a bit to tighten composition, gradients top and bottom, desaturation in hue/sat "colorize" mode, high pass for sharpening, resize4, save for web, not necessarily in the above order.

I wonder if these items ever got an award for design, because they should have.
Nice toning, background adds interest but it hurts the image a bit that the horizon is in the middle. 7
