well, I don't like the bin either.
I just wsn't able to make that lamp stand!!!!:( just wasn't at all! I was so mad with it, so upset, so I put it inside that garbage can - kind of a silly revenge from me.
thank you for your wonderful comments dear eveyone!
yes, it's a lamp talking to the sun.
or maybe to itself.
everyone ws gone but it was still there, remembering.
I thought it was touching.
anyway this is not the way I had it in my head and it's irritating:(
oh well, I'l work harder next time!

Oh! Just got it (I think). It's a lamp, talking to the sun, almost like it's the lamp's god. Wow, what a concept - I went deeper than posthumous. ;)
Oh, I thought the lamp was telling the sun a joke and the trash can was laugh out loud.
This is a great shot and you got robbed by a bunch of people that just didn't get it. This was a thought provoking shot that was EXCELLENT. I didn't vote in this challenge but I would have given this a 10 for such a brilliant idea. Good job Svetlana.
Yikes.. this is great. Nice lines and textures, but the tension between the subject and the window is really outstanding. Your title says it all.. this is very cool. 8
I can't really see the subject in this shot. There seems to be a trash can with the lid up in the middle of some sort of unfinished room, but I can't see what the thing above the trash can is. The lighting is nice.
