her name is katee mae and she came from a litter of 8 pups ... she was already named katee when we got her at 7 weeks old & i figured katee was an ok name so we kept it .. my daughter aLi put the mae on the end ...

Nice shot, looks like a cool dog ("oh, alright, I'll post again; geez, it's tough being beautiful"); I like the shallow DoF, too, and the nice earth tones in the ground (guess that's why they call them earth tones).
Wonderful DOF. I like that the pooch is slightly off centered. I even like that the tag around her neck is the same color as the sky. How did you manage that? ;~p
Awwwww. . .I would say so, he's particularly attractive. And he looks like he is quite the King of the Roost (so sorry if he's a "she"). Yes. I could most definitely unwind on a walk in those surroundings with that company :)
Like the little tag on the collar in this shot. It seems a little burst of color in an otherwise low key image. So tell us the name of your pooch. It looks like a fun mutt with personality to spare. We have fire trails here as well. They are good places for a walk here too.
