I applied so many filters to this, I don't even know what I did now. The final product took a little bit of art and skill since I had to remove things my hand, for example, her hair in the way of her profile or her hand under her belly. Neither looked very good as a sillouhette, so I just painted 'em out : )
I like the silhouette. Try using a brush with a soft edge around the border in a layer mask (and use a layer mask instead of actually deleting anything). For example, her belly has straight lines and bumps in places that look like processing artifacts.
