 A yellow pepper with strawberry tops stuck to the two points on bottom and positioned in a way that the third lump on bottom looks like a belly (I hope it does!} with a tattoo which I did draw on the pepper...crop, levels, curves, selective color, cloned out a couple of spots on pepper, burned some shadows in areas of the chest, lab sharpening
