Single softbox on the left. Square crop, blurred top left corner a bit, lightnened/darkened the eyes, sharpen, soften locally, resized, sharpen, added border.
I may have preferred it with the eye just a bit less covered, but you can't fully control a baby ;) and I kept coming back to this one.

Excellent capture of this wonderfully cute baby. I didn't find the eye being covered a distraction at all. Actually find the tilt of the hat adds charm to the shot. Also like the pastel color theme. The colors are just right for the shot and and do not scream look at me. The baby afterall is the object of interest and affection here. Thought this one should score higher. There is some noise near the edges of the hat and baby's shoulder, so maybe that put some voters off? I have no idea. Only thing I would change, which is ever soo minute , which doesn't make a big difference, is to clone out the little spot on the baby's left shoulder.
Oh the hat makes it!! Adorable baby, adorable picture! The contrast of the "soft baby" with the beautiful blue eye, colors and detail in hat are wonderul. Great Picture. Mary~
