Shot in 2003, when I first came out here looking at law schools. Captured with my first (and still fondly remembered) digital - a Canon G2.
For those who asked - this is shot from the top of the ferris wheel on the pier. (It was windy and cold that day and my girlfriend was none to happy with me for dragging her up there. The fact that I got this shot does not seem to console her. ;)
Great view! I certainly would not want to be the new guy working there, because the job of changing those light bulbs would most likely be given to him. I notice that the place is not crowded.
Let me chime in with the others - amazing perspective! Love the BW. I might lose the frame or make it white. The black seems restricting in face of the height the photo is conveying.
