Shot after the first snow of the year on the deck at the rear of my house. I wanted something that would really pop off the snow. My first shot left the snow too gray, so I had to go back and reshoot with better settings.
Easy steps for this challenge:
1. Download from camera
2. Copy to preserve original
3. Resize to 720px wide, using bicubic sharper interpolation
4. Sharpen filter applied once
5. Save for web, optimized to 200KB

The extreme contrast here (and the way the branch is washed out) didn't work for me here; I would have liked to have seen it shot a little more closely, and with exposure set with an eye to bringing out the branch and berries.
