I really like the placement of the parrot in the frame and the interesting shapes of the various leaves. Backlit action shots are pretty tough, though. As for the border, I thought it was the wall around a window! :)

This is the kind of picture that gets better the longer you look at it. The angle of moment of the bird is terrific.
