I feel that your viewpoint was too close to get the effect that you were after in this image. Shallow DOF would help too.

um I would have asked the model to remove the eye goo in the corner of her right eye before shooting this :-)Lovely eyes though.

Nice exposure but I feel if you are doing close up's this much the corners of the eye should be clean!
