Might have been a stronger image if there was some sign of "society" in the background of the image. Good sky and water tones.

Interesting shot, unfortunately you'll get marked down because of the photo small size by a number of voters. Unfortunately this is spoken from experience. Check out the tutuorial under learn about sizing. Good luck.
