Seems a bit on the dark side and there is nothing to really draw my eye in. It makes it difficult to determine what the point of the photograph is.

Interesting looking place. This photo needs some contrast, it looks a little flat. I'm wondering if you're getting some glare on your lens with this one as you had the sun in your upper-right. Just a thought. Anyway, good luck in the challenge.
